Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and age. If you sign in using Google or Discord, we receive your email address and profile name from these providers.
Conversation Data
We store your conversations with AI companions to maintain context and provide personalized experiences. Your companions remember your interactions to build meaningful relationships over time.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store subscription status and metadata, but we never have access to your full credit card number. Stripe processes payments securely according to PCI-DSS standards.
Push Notification Data
If you enable push notifications, we collect device information (browser type, operating system, device type) and VAPID subscription keys to deliver notifications. You can disable this at any time in your settings.
Local Storage
We use browser local storage to remember your preferences, such as notification consent status and theme settings. This data stays on your device.

Google Services
We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect against bots and automated abuse. We also offer Google OAuth for convenient sign-in. Google may collect data according to their privacy policy.
Discord
If you choose to sign in with Discord, we receive your email and profile information from Discord according to their privacy policy.
Stripe

Microsoft Azure
We use Azure Blob Storage to securely store companion images and photos. Your data is encrypted at rest.
Image Services
We use Unsplash for stock images and DiceBear for avatar generation. These services may collect usage analytics.
xAI (Grok)
We use xAI's Grok large language model to power AI companion conversations, generate text-to-speech audio, and create companion images. When you chat with your companion, your messages are processed by xAI's servers in the United States. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
Microsoft Clarity
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to record user sessions, including mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling behavior. This helps us improve the user experience. Session recordings do not capture text you type in private fields. You can opt out via cookie preferences.
Wavespeed AI
We use Wavespeed AI for photo editing and image enhancement features. Image data is processed by Wavespeed's servers.
Apple Sign-In
If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive your email address (or a relay address if you use Hide My Email) and a unique identifier from Apple according to their privacy policy.
Google Tag Manager
When you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics scripts that help us understand how users interact with our service.
Azure Communication Services
We use Microsoft Azure Communication Services to send transactional emails such as password reset links, account notifications, and support communications.
Web Push Notifications

Your conversations are used solely to provide the AI companion service and are not used to train third-party AI models.
Automated Decision-Making and AI Profiling
Our service uses automated systems that affect your experience. Relationship Scoring: Your AI companion tracks a relationship score based on conversation patterns, which determines the companion's communication style and available features. Content Moderation: AI-powered systems review messages to block content that violates our guidelines. You have the right to request human review of automated decisions that significantly affect you by contacting support@vof.games.
Marketing and Attribution
When you register, we may collect UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) and referrer URLs to understand how users find our service. This data is stored with your account for analytics purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active to provide continuous AI companion relationships. Conversation history and AI memories are retained during your account lifetime to maintain relationship continuity. Authentication sessions expire after 7 days of inactivity. Error logs are retained for 90 days. Payment records are kept for 7 years as required by law. When you delete your account, all personal data including conversations, companion data, and memories are permanently deleted within 30 days.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Right to access and receive a copy of your personal data
- Right to correct inaccurate personal data
- Right to delete your account and all associated data
- Right to export your data in a portable format
- Right to restrict processing in certain circumstances

Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and regular security audits. Your conversations are stored securely and are never shared with third parties for training purposes.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and terminate the account.
